companies keep the escrow earnings to offset a lowball bid and
won't disclose this unless you ask..
Tax Exempt Rates for municipal Leases change
weekly but currently they are extremely attractive, some falling
below well below market rates depending on equipment cost, term and credit rating.
Small leases of $100,000 or less may
have slightly higher rates. There is
very little paper work and existing
financial statements are all that is
required for approval which usually is
achieved very quickly.
All quotes are good for 30 days and can be locked in
anytime during that period at no cost.
All title to equipment is passed on to
the municipality at the end of the term for$1.00
